Plantar fasciitis is a common condition that can occur to anyone who constantly do activities like walking, running, standing etc. There are many effective methods of treatment to cure plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is caused by the swelling of the tissue called plantar fascia in the heel. This tissue connects the heel to the middle of the foot and acts as an arch for the foot. They may also go for tests like X-rays and ultrasounds to see the extent of inflammation in the plantar fascia tissue.
